O novo valor de referência do filme radiologia
Conforme determina o artigo 17-A, caput, inciso II e §§ 2º e 3º, da Lei 9.656/98, alterada pela Lei 13.003/14, por sua vez regulamentada pelas Resoluções Normativas da Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS) números 363, 364 e 365, e também pela Instrução Normativa nº 56, da mesma agência, com fundamento no § 4º da RN nº 364 supracitada, o Colégio Brasileiro de Radiologia e Diagnóstico por Imagem comunica que, a partir de 01 de abril de 2017, utilizará o índice definido pela ANS, o Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), para o reajuste do valor de referência do metro quadrado do filme/documentação dos procedimentos de Radiologia e Diagnóstico por Imagem
O IPCA acumulado nos últimos 12 (doze) meses, com base em fevereiro de 2017, foi de 4,76%. Assim, o novo valor de referência fica estabelecido em R$ 27,02 o metro quadrado.
