FATOR DE QUALIDADE INTERFERE NA REMUNERAÇÃO DOS PRESTADORES
Leiam a matéria publicada pela ANS – Agência Nacional de Saúde. É importante e imprescindível o preenchimento dos formulários até 09 de março.
Fator de Qualidade : Prestadores já podem preencher formulários
Os prestadores de serviços de atenção à saúde – como hospitais, profissionais de saúde, clínicas e Serviços de Apoio Diagnóstico e Terapia (SADT) – têm até o dia 9 de março de 2018 para preencherem seus formulários ou informarem os resultados dos indicadores que serão adotados para fins de aplicação do Fator de Qualidade (FQ). Os questionários serão diferenciados para cada tipo de prestador e estão disponíveis no portal da Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS) e nos portais das associações, conselhos profissionais e entidades representativas.
O Fator de Qualidade é aplicado ao Índice de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA) e definido pela ANS para reajuste anual dos contratos entre operadoras de planos privados de saúde e prestadores de serviços. Deve ser utilizado apenas nos casos em que o contrato preveja livre negociação como única forma de reajuste e que as partes não cheguem a um acordo até os primeiros 90 dias do ano. O Fator de Qualidade é o elemento de cálculo que objetiva refletir a qualificação do prestador no reajuste. Sua aplicação depende do cumprimento dos requisitos de qualidade previstos na Nota Técnica nº 87/2017.
Todos os prestadores privados poderão responder aos questionários. As informações obtidas por meio desses formulários também servirão de base para a elaboração de programas e políticas para o setor, em particular o Programa de Qualificação dos Prestadores de Serviços na Saúde Suplementar (Qualiss), que consiste no estabelecimento e divulgação de atributos de qualificação relevantes para o aprimoramento da qualidade assistencial oferecida na saúde suplementar.
Ao final do período de apuração dos dados, a ANS divulgará a lista de prestadores que preenchem os critérios relativos aos níveis 105% e 100% do FQ.

É possível fazer o acesso no portal da ANS, na área destinada aos prestadores, ou no portal das respectivas entidades representativas. Conforme abaixo:
